| RATE The rates are based on 6 guests. Additional guests are $35 per person per night. Rates vary by season and day of the week. We also offer discounted rates for weekly stays and for reservations that fill short “gaps” in our calendar. For Jasmine Villa, the base rate includes 14 guests, and any additional guest is $50 per person per night. | ||

| SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of $500/week is required to hold the reservation | ||
| RENTAL PAYMENT Payment is due 150 days prior to arrival (for holiday bookings: 60 days prior). We accept personal checks, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards via PayPal for the security deposit. Personal checks are also accepted for the main payment. Credit card payments are welcome with a 4.5% processing fee. Booking Requirements: A 7-night minimum stay is required, and 14 nights over Christmas, unless the calendar allows for shorter gaps. | ||
| CANCELLATION POLICY We require cancellation in writing. There is $500 cancellation fee and we will reimbursed the amount as soon as the same period is rebooked. The refund will be reimbursed within 30 days after the booking period. For Jasmine Villa, we require $1000 cancellation fee and we will reimbursed the amount as soon as the same period is rebooked. The refund will be reimbursed within 30 days after the booking period. |
