| RENTAL PAYMENT Payment is due 150/60 days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, funding transfer via Zelle, Venmo and credit cards via PayPal for the security deposit. We also accept personal check for the payment. Minimum 7 nights booking and 14 nights over Christmas unless the calendar allows | ||
| CANCELLATION POLICY We require cancellation in writing. Guest receives 100% (less $500/week cancellation fee) as soon as the same period is rebooked. The refund will send back within 30 days after the staying period. |

There is a visible security camera looking at the parking lot.
Please close all the windows/doors when AC is on.
Please turn off AC when you are not using or leave the house.

- Extra disinfecting procedure with the bleach solution to the whole house
- Fence and Gate at the pool (safety for your family with young children)
- Using UV sterilizer and salt-water for private warm swimming pool (10 times less chlorine & gentle to young children skins)
