Jasmine Villa – Intimate Wedding Guidelines
Jasmine Villa is a peaceful, ocean-view retreat, perfect for celebrating life’s most meaningful moments. To preserve the beauty of the home and the tranquility of the surrounding community, we kindly ask that all weddings and events follow the guidelines below:
1.Guest Count – To keep the celebration intimate and comfortable, a maximum of 30 guests total (including vendors and visitors) is permitted on the property at any one time.
2.Event Fee & Protection – A one-time event fee of $550 applies to all weddings and events.
Property Damage Protection Insurance ($89) is required to ensure peace of mind for everyone.
3.Music & Atmosphere – Jasmine Villa is designed for elegant, relaxed gatherings. Please keep music at a low, conversational level. DJs, amplified sound systems, and loud music are not permitted
4.Evening Quiet Hours – In consideration of our neighbors and community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
5.Parking Arrangements
• Street parking is not allowed
• The villa offers complimentary on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles
• We kindly ask that guests and vendors plan transportation accordingly
6.Care for the Home & Community
We ask that all celebrations be enjoyed with care and respect for the home, its surroundings, and the neighborhood.
